Cutting Edge Landscaping is currently looking to fill landscape maintenance labourer positions to keep our completed sites maintained, cleaned, and looking beautiful.
- Maintain commercial, residential, and neighbourhood landscape areas to our Cutting Edge standards
- Operate a variety of equipment:
- Mowers
- Trimmers
- Edgers
- Sheers
- Sprayers
- Backpack Blowers
- Aerators
- Water Pumps
- Sweepers
- Equipment maintenance on trucks, trailers, mowers, and small engines
- Have an attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Complete required paperwork for our safety program and participates in weekly meetings
- Work is labour intensive and will be outdoors in all weather conditions
- Perform various tasks such as:
- Turf-care including mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing, weeding, and Watering
- Basic pruning of shrubs and trees
- Remove litter and debris from site
- Plant and water shrubs, bulbs, and annuals
- Install mulch, edger, and assist landscape construction division
- Identify common plant material, diseases, and insect damage
- Previous landscape grounds maintenance
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Bend, rotate and stand for long periods of time.
- Class 5 Driver’s Licence
- CSTS-2020
- First Aid Certification
